About you

Lenus Health operates in a highly regulated industry and the protection of the users of our platforms is fundamental. For this, you will need to be able to provide assurance of the necessary quality, depth, and coverage for our internal audits. There will be a lot of work across different teams in the business, so we need someone who has excellent communications skills, personable and able to effectively assess the work of others in a constructive but encouraging way to implement the necessary actions for our audits.


The ideal candidate could be someone who is at the initial phase of their professional journey and seeks growth opportunities under the guidance of our accomplished compliance team. Alternatively, we welcome individuals who have already established themselves in their respective field, possessing the requisite skills and expertise to assume immediate responsibilities and advance further.


You'll be:

  • Familiar with the auditing process and able to conduct audits internally
  • Experienced in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 27001, or ISO 13485
  • Able to review documentation, conduct interviews, and test processes to access compliance.
  • Portraying strong attention to detail and be able to review complex documentation to identify any compliance issues.
  • Skilled in identifying potential risks and assessing the likelihood of compliance breaches and able to develop strategies to mitigate risk and prevent future breaches.
  • Able to work effectively with other departments within the organization to ensure that compliance requirements are integrated into the company's overall strategy.
  • Using strong written and verbal communication skills to explain complex regulations and compliance requirements to non-technical stakeholders, and communicate audit findings and recommendations clearly.

What you'll do

You’ll have a wide range of responsibilities and opportunities to learn. Core responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct internal and external audits to assess the company's compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
  • Identify compliance issues or risks and communicate these to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with internal teams in reviewing, writing and updating SOPs to ensure compliance with business practices and relevant international standards and guidelines.
  • Monitor the company's compliance with regulations and policies and follow up on any outstanding issues or recommendations.
  • Raise awareness of compliance risks and issues identified.
  • Maintain accurate and complete documentation of audit findings, recommendations, and corrective actions taken by the organisation.
  • Report regularly to management on the results of audits and compliance monitoring activities, including any issues or risks identified, and the status of corrective actions.
  • Attending external ISO audits and assisting in the completion of arising actions.
  • Assisting with non-conformance reports, including the management of corrective and/or preventative actions (CAPA’s)
  • Assisting identification and implementation of process improvement techniques.
  • Assisting with the development of systems enabling certification
  • Monitoring of quality metrics (key performance indicators).
    Assisting supplier due diligence and software security assessments.
