About the role
The Account Manager at Lenus Health will be responsible for nurturing and growing relationships with our existing clients. The primary focus of the role will be to support expansion of our current range of health tech solutions to maximise client satisfaction and revenue growth. You will act as the key point of contact between our clients and the internal teams, ensuring the clients’ needs are met and that our solutions are effectively implemented and optimised.
- Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of existing clients in the NHS, developing strong, long-lasting rapport
- Understand client needs and pain points and offer solutions that align with their objectives
- Conduct regular check-ins, reviews, and meetings to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for enhancement
- Identify and drive opportunities for product range and footprint expansion within your client portfolio
- Develop customised proposals that demonstrate the value of our additional products and services
- Support clients during the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and effective implementation of our solutions
- Provide training and ongoing support to ensure clients are fully leveraging our technology to their benefit
- Develop strategic account plans to drive growth and retention
- Monitor account health and proactively address any issues to prevent churn
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional service and value to clients
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to inform client conversations and strategies
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions and market insights
- Track and report on key account metrics, including client satisfaction, retention rates, and revenue growth
- Use data and insights to refine account strategies and drive continuous improvement
Skills and experience
- Experienced account manager, preferably within the digital health or related industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing existing client relationships
- Strong experience in revenue growth within an existing client base
- Demonstrated ability to understand technology solutions and communicate their value effectively to clients
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
- Familiarity with CRM tools / account management software
