Activity, sleep and nutrition tracking

Remote monitoring and secure data sharing

This service allows patients to securely share health data including activity, sleep, heart rate, blood pressure, and nutrition from connected devices.

Health professionals can use the data to deliver virtual health and wellbeing services and improve patient engagement.

Who it's for

This service can also be used with a range of health conditions, including diabetes and prediabetes, hypertension and chronic long-term conditions like heart failure.

This service seeks to empower patients to be more active while supporting better monitoring and reporting of nutrition tracking and activity and sleep levels.

How it works

Health professionals onboard patients, establish clinical data, and supply wearables and connected devices.

The devices gather health data including activity, sleep and nutrition, and automatically share it using the Lenus platform.

Health professionals have access to a clinical dashboard which displays and aggregates data across a range of metrics for all onboarded patients.

Lenus can be used to access and augment the patient’s electronic health records and securely message patients. Clinicians can gather outcomes and insights from patients.

The connected hardware and apps provide:

  • Daily activity

  • Calories

  • Distance travelled

  • Progress against target

  • Sleep

  • Using this service
